I appologize for not posting here in a long time. I'm excited to announce I have launched a YouTube channel with the same name, Pfau Fitness. I will be posting multiple videos per week where I discuss my updated opinions on the topics I wrote about here as well as many more topics while taking you through my workouts and my life.
